be calculated in the same manner as applies to racing for the
first 34 days. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (c),
this additional revenue shall be paid to the counties where the
mile tracks are located at which these additional 32 days are run
to assist the funding of services and facilities located within 6
miles of the respective racetracks and occasioned by their
presence; but the total additional revenue distributed for these
additional 32 days shall not exceed $120,000 per year. Of this
revenue, Baltimore City or the respective county shall each be
eligible to receive a maximum percentage equal to the percentage
of the additional 32 days run at a mile track in that
subdivision; however, the actual amount of payment shall be
determined in accordance with subsections (e) and (f). All such
revenues and license fees paid over to the Comptroller of the
Treasury shall be allocated and credited to the general funds of
the State alone.]

(C) TO ASSIST THE FUNDING OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES IN
COMMUNITIES LOCATED WITHIN 6 MILES OF RACETRACKS 2 MILES OF
PIMLICO RACETRACK OR 3 MILES OF LAUREL RACETRACK, THE COMPTROLLER
SHALL ANNUALLY PAY FROM THE SPECIAL FUND:

(1)  TO ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, THE SUM OF $2,000 FOR
EACH DAY ON WHICH RACING IS CONDUCTED BY A LICENSEE UNDER § 7 OF
THIS ARTICLE AT A TRACK LOCATED IN THE COUNTY;

(2)  TO BALTIMORE CITY, THE SUM OF $2,500 $2,800 FOR
EACH DAY ON WHICH RACING IS CONDUCTED BY A LICENSEE UNDER § 7 OF
THIS ARTICLE AT A TRACK LOCATED IN THE CITY;

(3)  TO HOWARD COUNTY, THE SUM OF $500 FOR EACH DAY ON
WHICH RACING IS CONDUCTED BY A LICENSEE UNDER § 7 OF THIS ARTICLE
AT A TRACK LOCATED IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY; AND

(4)  TO THE CITY OF LAUREL, THE SUM OF $100 $300 FOR
EACH DAY ON WHICH RACING IS CONDUCTED BY A LICENSEE UNDER § 7 OF
THIS ARTICLE AT A TRACK LOCATED IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY .; AND

(5) TO THE CITY OF BOWIE, THE SUM OF $50 FOR EACH DAY
ON WHICH THE TRAILING FACILITIES ARE OPEN AT THE BOWIE TRACK.

[(e)] (D) Each [county and Baltimore City] SUBDIVISION
which is eligible to receive funds to assist the funding of
services and facilities located within six miles of racetracks 2
MILES OF PIMLICO RACETRACK OR 3 MILES OF LAUREL RACETRACK [and
occasioned by the presence of the racetracks], as provided under
subsection [(d)] (C) of this section, shall submit a written
report to the Comptroller and [, subject to § 2-1312 of the State
Government Article, to the General Assembly] THE DEPARTMENT OF
FISCAL SERVICES. The report shall be submitted on or before May
1 of each year, and shall contain the following information with
respect to funds to assist the funding of services and facilities
located within six miles of racetracks 2 MILES OF PIMLICO
RACETRACK OR 3 MILES OF LAUREL RACETRACK:
