Article 11 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 11 - Frederick County

2-2-19.

(A)  One member of the board of county commissioners shall
serve as an ex officio, nonvoting member of all administrative
boards and agencies of the county government which receive or
expend county funds.

(B)  THE COUNTY COMMISSIONER MEMBER SERVING IN AN EX OFFICIO
CAPACITY ON ANY BOARD, COMMISSION, OR OTHER BODY THAT PROVIDES
FOR A COUNTY COMMISSIONER MEMBER IN THE LAW, ORDINANCE, OR
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE BODY, SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO VOTE
UNLESS THE LAW, ORDINANCE, OR RESOLUTION PROVIDES OTHERWISE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985. -
