(b) The fee for the issuance of an age of majority card is
$5. The fee for issuance of a duplicate age of majority card is
$3.

(c) If a special identification card has been issued under
§ 12-301 of this subtitle to an applicant for an age of majority
identification card, the applicant shall surrender the special
identification card to the Administration before an age of
majority identification card is issued.

(d)  (1) An age of majority identification card shall be:

(i) Of the size and design that the
Administration requires; and

(ii) Tamperproof, to the extent possible.

(2) The card shall contain:

(i) The name and address of the applicant;

(ii) The birth date of the applicant;

(iii) The sex of the applicant;

(iv) A description of the applicant;

(v) A color photograph of the applicant, taken
by the procedure that the Administration requires;

(vi) The signature of the applicant; and

(vii) The signature and seal of the issuing
agent.

(e)  An age of majority identification card may be used as
legal identification of the individual to whom it is issued for
any purpose.]

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

118.

(a) A licensee under the provisions of this article, or any
of his employees, may not sell or furnish any alcoholic beverages
at any time to a person under 21, and in the case of beer and
light wine, to a person not designated under § 2(t)(2) of this
article either for his own use or for the use of any other
person, or to any person who, at the time of the sale, or
delivery, is visibly under the influence of any alcoholic
beverage. Any licensee or any of his employees who is charged
with a violation of this subsection shall receive a summons for
his appearance in court on a certain day to answer the charges
placed against him. The person charged may not be required to
post bail bond pending trial in any court of this State. A
