(3) IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO IMPOSE A FINE, THE
COMMISSION SHALL CONSIDER THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE VIOLATION, THE
DELETERIOUS EFFECT OF THE VIOLATION ON THE COMPLAINANT, ANY GOOD
FAITH ON THE PART OF THE LICENSEE, AND THE LICENSEE'S HISTORY OF
PREVIOUS VIOLATIONS.
(4) THE COMMISSION MAY ASSESS A CIVIL PENALTY NOT TO
EXCEED $2,000 FOR EACH VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS
SUBTITLE COMMITTED BY A PERSON OTHER THAN A LICENSEE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Retirement and Pension Systems - Retired Members -
Reemployment as Elected or Appointed County or
Municipal Corporation Official
FOR the purpose of excluding a member of the Employees'
Retirement System, the Teachers' Retirement System, the
Pension System for Employees, or the Pension System for
Teachers who is elected or appointed official a certain
official of a county or a participating municipal
corporation on a certain date from certain restrictions on
retirement benefits upon reemployment under certain
circumstances; correcting an error; and providing for the
interpretation of this Act.
