resolution of disagreements including the submission of
certain disagreements to the Governor; providing for certain
actions by the Governor regarding evaluation reports;
providing for the Committee to be notified of the resolution
of disagreements; specifying a different procedure for the
Attorney General, the Comptroller, the Treasurer, and the
Board of Public Works; providing for the approval of
evaluation reports; requiring that proposed changes in
regulations contained in approved evaluation reports be
proposed formally, in accordance with other provisions of
law, within a certain period; and generally relating to
periodic review and evaluation of existing regulations.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the
Committee is a quorum.
(b) The Department of Legislative Reference shall provide
FULL-TIME staff [assistance] to the Committee.
