6-204.
Any registration or inspection fee, and penalty shall
constitute a special fund to be used only to defray partially the
cost of inspection, sampling, analysis, and other expenses
necessary for administering this subtitle. Notwithstanding any
other provisions of this Code, any unexpended funds up to a
maximum of $100,000 may not revert to the (general funds] GENERAL
FUND of the State at the end of the fiscal year.
6-303.
Any fee collected under this subtitle constitutes a special

7-205.
Any money received by the Authority constitutes a special
fund to defray partially the expenses incurred in administering
this subtitle. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code,
any unexpended money at the end of the fiscal year shall remain
in the fund and does not revert to the [State general treasury]
GENERAL FUND OF THE STATE.
9-606.
Any fees collected pursuant to this subtitle shall be placed
in a fund to defray partially the costs of administering this
subtitle. Any unexpended funds shall revert to the [general
funds] GENERAL FUND of the State at the end of the fiscal year.
10-403.
There is an Apple Merchandising Fund. All money levied and
collected under the provisions of this subtitle constitutes a
special fund to defray partially the expenses incurred in
administering this subtitle. Notwithstanding any other provision
of this Code, any unexpended money at the end of the fiscal year
shall remain in the special , fund and does not revert to the
GENERAL FUND OF THE State [general treasury].
Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings
2-205.1.
(a) Unless a waiver has been issued, each circuit court
clerk shall deposit all fees, commissions, taxes, emoluments,
penalties, and other receipts daily in a State depository in
accordance with [§ 21 of Article 95] §§ 6-205, 6-206, 6-208, AND
6-209 OF THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT ARTICLE.
