HARRY HUGHES, Governor 3277 (B) THE PROVISIONS OF ANY MODIFIED OR REVISED PROGRAM TITLE 15. PROPERTY USE, ROADS AND LANDINGS. SUBTITLE 1. DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS. 15-101. DEFINITIONS. (A) IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS (B) "DISCHARGE" INCLUDES SHOOTING OR FIRING A FIREARM. (C) "EVIDENCE OF PERMISSION" MEANS A WRITING THAT PROPERTY; (1) THE NAME OF THE PERSON AUTHORIZED TO USE THE (2) THE IDENTITY OF THE PROPERTY AUTHORIZED TO BE (3) THE DATE AND TIME WHEN THE PERMISSION IS (4) THE SIGNED AUTHORIZATION BY THE PROPERTY OWNER OR (D) "FIREARM" MEANS ANY PORTABLE OR STATIONARY WEAPON FROM 15-102. PERMISSION REQUIRED. EXCEPT FOR A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN THE LINE OF DUTY, A (1) (2) ON ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY ANOTHER PERSON OR BY 15-103. PENALTIES. A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE IS SUBTITLE 2. ACCESS TO WHARVES AND LANDINGS.
