NORTHEASTERLY UP THE CENTER OF MIDDLETOWN BRANCH TO DRAWBRIDGE
ROAD. THENCE RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY WITH THE CENTER LINE OF
DRAWBRIDGE ROAD TO PERCY MAY ROAD. THENCE RUNNING NORTHEASTERLY
WITH THE CENTER LINE OF PERCY MAY ROAD TO U. S. ROUTE 50 THE
CAMBRIDGE TO VIENNA ROAD. THENCE RUNNING WITH THE CENTER LINE OF
U. S. ROUTE 50 NORTHEASTERLY 2,100 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A BRANCH.
THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY UP THE CENTER OF THE BRANCH TO A POINT.
THENCE RUNNING NORTH 67 DEGREES EAST 3,250 FEET, NORTH 45 DEGREES
EAST 2,600 FEET, DUE EAST 4,900 FEET TO HAWKEYE ROAD. THENCE
RUNNING WITH CENTER LINE OF HAWKEYE ROAD SOUTHEASTERLY TO MAIDEN
FOREST ROAD. THENCE RUNNING WITH THE CENTER LINE OF MAIDEN
FOREST ROAD NORTHERLY TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

THE EIGHTEENTH OR ELLIOTT ISLAND ELECTION DISTRICT IS
CREATED AND THE BOUNDARIES SHALL BE: BEGINNING IN FISHING BAY AT
THE MOUTH OF ISLAND CREEK. THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY UP THE CENTER
OF ISLAND CREEK TO POKATA CREEK. THENCE RUNNING SOUTHEASTERLY UP
THE CENTER OF POKATA CREEK TO ELLIOTT ISLAND ROAD. THENCE
RUNNING SOUTH 30 DEGREES EAST TO THE NANTICOKE RIVER AND THE
WICOMICO COUNTY LINE. THENCE SOUTHERLY DOWN THE CENTER OF THE
NANTICOKE RIVER WITH THE WICOMICO COUNTY LINE TO THE MOUTH OF
FISHING BAY. THENCE NORTHERLY UP THE CENTER OF FISHING BAY TO
THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect on July 1, 1985, contingent on the taking effect of

Chapter ____ of the Acts of 1985 (H.B. ____ or S.B. ____)(51r2549

or 51r2551), and if Chapter ____ does not become effective, this

Act is null and void without the necessity of further action by
the General Assembly.

AN ACT concerning

Delivery of Certain Merchandise

FOR the purpose of requiring certain conditions to be met in the
delivery of furniture or major household appliances goods by
dealers; defining certain terms; providing certain consumer
remedies for the failure by a dealer to deliver furniture or
major household appliances goods at a time promised and
disclosed in the sales contract and order providing certain
exceptions to the requirements of this Act; and generally
relating to the protection of consumers in the delivery of
