holder thereof to keep for sale, and to sell beer and light wines
at retail, in any quantity to any consumers, at the place therein
described, and to deliver the same in a sealed package or
container, which package or container shall not be opened nor its
contents consumed on the premises where sold. The annual fee for
the license shall be $35 and shall be payable to the clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided.

(k) (1) In Worcester County the annual fees for the
following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day -- $200; AND

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide -- [$225]
$275.

(2)  The hours for sale are as provided in § 106(c).

(3)  In Worcester County light wine means any
fermented beverage not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol by
volume.

(a) A Class B beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light wines at retail
at any hotel or restaurant, at the place therein described, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The annual fee for
the license shall be $60, and shall be payable to the clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as herein
provided.

(1) (1) In Worcester County, the annual fees for the
following types of licenses are:

(i) Six day -- $250;

(ii) Seven day, applied countywide (exclusive
of tenth election district) — [$300] $350; AND

(iii) Seven day, tenth election district only
-- [$300] $350.

(2)  The hours for sale are as provided in § 106(c).

(3)  In Worcester County light wine means any
fermented beverage not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol by
volume.
