AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses Fees

FOR the purpose of altering the fees for certain classes of
alcoholic beverages licenses in Worcester County;
authorizing the Worcester County Commissioners to regulate
the alcoholic beverages license fees within the County; and
providing that, unless otherwise provided by the County
Commissioners of Worcester County, the alcoholic beverages
license fees provided in Article 2B of the Annotated Code
shall prevail.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Section 13(a), 14(a), 16(a), 19(a), and 21(a)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
