REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a)(1) of this section is new
language used as the standard introductory language to
a definition section.

Subsections (a)(2) and (3) and (b) through (f) of this
section are new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 81, §§ 12F-2 and, as that
section applied to spouses of elderly or disabled
homeowners, 12F-6.

Subsection (a)(2) and (3) of this section is revised
as a definition of "homeowner" and "repealed law",
respectively, to avoid repetition of lengthy
descriptions of "homeowner" and "repealed law".
