(4) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER LAW TO THE CONTRARY,
THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY NOT
TRANSFER ANY CLASS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE FOR USE IN A
BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT WITH A COMMERCIAL FUEL PUMP LOCATED ON THE
PREMISES THAT IS USED BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR THE PURCHASE OF
FUEL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act does
not affect a transfer of holders of an existing license for the
same premises or a renewal of an existing license.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County Board of Education -
Membership

FOR the purpose of requiring the Governor to appoint at least one
member from the residents of each State legislative district
in Anne Arundel County to the County Board of Education in
Anne Arundel County; providing for replacement of a member
who does not maintain the residency qualification for a
position on the Board; providing for the completion of an
incumbent's term on the Board when the boundary line of a
legislative district changes; providing for the initial
appointments to the Board within this structure; making this
Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to the
membership of the Board of Education in Anne Arundel County.
