(8) REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
SUBSECTION, AS THIS SUBSECTION RELATES TO EACH OF THE FOLLOWING
DEPARTMENTS, SHALL BE ADOPTED JOINTLY BY THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE
BOARD OF ELECTION LAWS AND THAT DEPARTMENT:

(I) THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION;

(II) THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL

HYGIENE; AND

(III) THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Chesapeake Bay Sport Fishing License - Exemptions

FOR the purpose of exempting certain military personnel of the
armed forces of the United States from a requirement to
obtain a sport fishing license before fishing in the
Chesapeake Bay.
