(iii) Where there is a local ordinance that
prohibits parking during heavy traffic periods in morning,
afternoon, or evening rush hours, or where parking clearly would
present a traffic hazard.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 635

(House Bill 630)

AN ACT concerning

Voter Registration Location - Local Health Departments

FOR the purpose of requiring offices of local health departments
to have areas prominently identified for voter registration
purposes; requiring that these areas be staffed by certain
personnel; specifying the days and hours of operation of
these areas; requiring the local health departments to adopt
certain procedures; and requiring the boards of supervisors
of elections to provide certain forms to the local health
departments.

FOR the purpose of requiring certain governmental agencies to
provide certain facilities for voter registration forms and
instructions; specifying certain duties for those agencies
and the State Administrative Board of Election Laws;
requiring the adoption of certain regulations; defining a
term; and generally relating to the distribution of voter
registration forms by certain governmental agencies.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
