The former reference to the opening of the facility

authorized "jointly in Chapters 693 and 519 of the
Acts of 1980" is deleted as obsolete.

The only other changes are in style.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Revisor's

Notes and catchlines contained in this Act are not law and may

not be considered to have been enacted as a part of this Act.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That except as
expressly provided to the contrary in this Act, any transaction
affected by or flowing from any change of nomenclature or any
statute there amended,. repealed, or transferred, and validly
entered into before the effective date and every right, duty, or
interest flowing from the statute remains valid after the
effective date and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or
enforced as required or permitted by any statute amended,
repealed, or transferred by this Act as though the repeal,
amendment, or transfer had not occurred.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect October 1, 1985.

(House Bill 19)

AN ACT concerning

Alcoholic Beverages - Delivery by
Wholesalers of Wine

FOR the purpose of permitting the delivery of certain wines or
wine-based beverages under certain circumstances from a
truck or vehicle under the exclusive control of a wholesaler
of alcoholic beverages; and requiring that, before the sale
and delivery of any alcoholic beverages to a retail
licensee, the alcoholic beverages must first come to rest on
the licensed premises of the wholesaler that has acquired
the alcoholic beverages.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
