FOR the purpose of including Wicomico County among these counties
where certain organizations or corporations may conduct or
hold carnivals, bazaars, or raffles for the exclusive
benefit of the organizations or corporations, subject to
certain restrictions; providing that certain organizations
or corporations in Wicomico County may award prizes in cash
or in merchandise by certain gaming activities at a
carnival, bazaar, or raffle; providing for the licensing in
Wicomico County of certain gaming activities; and generally
relating to certain gaming activities in Wicomico County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

(a) The provisions of this section apply in the following
counties:

(1) Allegany County;

(2) Anne Arundel County;

(3) Baltimore County;

(4) Calvert County;

(5) Caroline County;

(6) Carroll County;

(7) Charles County;

(8) Dorchester County;

(9) Frederick County;

(10) Garrett County;

(11) Howard County;

(12) Kent County;

(13) Prince George's County;
