SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 1 and 2
of this Act shall take effect June 1, 1985 and shall remain in
effect until February 1, 1986. On February 1, 1986, and with no
further action required by the General Assembly, Sections 1 and 2
of this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and
effect. Section 3 of this Act shall take effect February 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Dealer's and Vehicle Salesman's Licenses

- Penalties

FOR the purpose of altering the penalty for conducting the
business of a dealer without a certain license; altering the
penalty for acting as a vehicle salesman without a certain
license; and generally relating to altering penalties for
violations of certain licensing requirements.
