(IV)  BIOASSAYS ON EGGS AND LARVAE COLLECTED
FROM SPAWNING FISH;

(V)  MEASUREMENTS OF HEAVY METALS, PCBS, ACID
RAIN LEACHATES, SEDIMENTS, AND OTHER DISTRESSES TO THE HABITAT;

(VI)  STUDIES ON ACID RAIN;

(VII)  STUDIES ON THE ROLE OF FISH DISEASES;

(VIII) TREND ANALYSES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
FUTURE MANAGEMENT ACTIONS; AND

(IX) A RECOMMENDATION TO CONTINUE FOR 1 YEAR OR
TO DISCONTINUE THE MORATORIUM ON THE CATCHING, SALE, OR
POSSESSION OF THE FISH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 562

(Senate Bill 706)

AN ACT concerning

Master Electrical License - Examination and Jurisdiction

FOR the purpose of eliminating a requirement for a master
electrical license of 3-years supervisory experience;
altering an exemption from provisions of law relating to the
licensing of master electricians; prohibiting a public
utility company from doing certain work under certain
circumstances; and providing that an applicant for a license
may be licensed in the jurisdiction of the State in which
the applicant's resident agent is located.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 56 - Licenses

Section 534(b) and 535(a) , 535(a), and 541

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1983 Replacement Volume and 1984 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
