(II) IN AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
ACCOMPLISH SUCH ACTS, THE AUTHORITY SHALL PRESCRIBE LIMITS WITHIN
WHICH THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MAY EXERCISE DISCRETION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

(Senate Bill 626)

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Condominium Act - Moving Expenses

FOR the purpose of defining the term "moving expenses" in the
Maryland Condominium Act; making technical changes; and
generally relating to moving expenses in the Maryland
Condominium Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Real Property

Section 11-101, 11-102.1(f), ll-136(h), and ll-137(m)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1981 Replacement Volume and 1984 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Real Property

11-101.

(a)  In this title the following words have the meanings
indicated unless otherwise apparent from context.

(b)  "Common elements" means all of the condominium except
the units.

(1)  "Limited common elements" means those common
elements identified in the declaration or on the condominium plat
as reserved for the exclusive use of one or more but less than
all of the unit owners.

(2)  "General common elements" means all the common
elements except the limited common elements.
