AN ACT concerning

Uniform Arrest - Citation Forms

FOR the purpose of providing that the Chief Judge of the District
Court shall design arrest - citation forms to be used by
certain agencies when charging a person with certain
offenses; repealing modifying certain provisions relating to
the Motor Vehicle Administration determining and printing
citation forms; altering a provision of law to require that
the Motor Vehicle Administration adopt rules and regulations
for the distribution and disposition of certain citation
forms; and generally relating to uniform arrest - citation
forms.
