INVOLVED.
[(3)] (4) It is lawful under this subtitle for a
person to intercept a wire or oral communication where the person
is a party to the communication and where all of the parties to
the communication have given prior consent to the interception
unless the communication is intercepted for the purpose of
committing any criminal or tortious act in violation of the
Constitution or laws of the United States or of this State or for
the purpose of committing any other injurious act.
[(4)] (5) It is lawful under this subtitle for an
officer, employee, or agent of a governmental emergency
communications center to intercept a wire or oral communication
where the officer, agent or employee is a party to a conversation
concerning an emergency.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Real Property - Condominium Conversions -
Extension of Leases or Rent Payments
FOR the purpose of modifying certain definitions of "annual
income", to exclude certain unreimbursed medical expenses,
as they apply to whether certain households qualify for
certain lease extensions or rent payments when a developer
converts a rental facility to a condominium; altering a
provision of law providing certain criteria that certain
households are required to meet regarding annual income
under certain circumstances; altering a provision of law
providing for the termination of certain extended tenancies;
and generally relating to certain lease extensions provided
under specific circumstances to certain households.
BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
