(3)  1 member who resides in the third election
district and receives the largest number of votes cast for
candidates from that district; and

(4)   [2] 4 members who reside in Calvert County and
who receive the highest number of votes cast in Calvert County
for the remaining candidates.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:

(a)  The Governor shall appoint the 2 members of the
Democratic Party Central Committee of Calvert County initially
added by this Act.

(b)  A member of the Democratic Party Central Committee of
Calvert County appointed by the Governor under this Act shall
serve until a replacement member is elected and qualifies.

(c)  A member of the Democratic Party Central Committee of
Calvert County appointed by the Governor under this Act shall be:

(1)  A member of the Democratic Party; and

(2)  A resident of, and registered to vote in, Calvert
County.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Commercial Fishing Guides - License Applications

FOR the purpose of requiring an applicant for a commercial
fishing guide license in tidal waters of the State to submit
certain information with the application concerning any
federal licenses issued by the U.S. Coast Guard for certain
vessels in the applicant's name.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
