(i) Petition in equity in the circuit court of
the appropriate subdivision in the name of the State of Maryland
against the motor vehicle as designated by make, model, year, and
motor or serial number; and

(ii) At the same time send copies of the
petition by registered or certified mail to each registered owner
and any SECURED party noted among the records of the Motor
Vehicle Administration.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
