SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That each supervisory
and sales position in the classified service existing and filled
on the effective date of this Act shall remain part of the
classified service until it becomes vacant. As each position
becomes vacant, it shall no longer be part of the classified
service,

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Secretaries
of Personnel and Public Safety and Correctional Services may
establish, for submission as part of the Fiscal Year 1987 budget
request, an incentive based compensation plan for supervisory or
sales personnel at State Use Industries.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
