AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Sanitary Commission - Membership

FOR the purpose of establishing service areas composed of certain
subdistricts from which members of the Commission for the
Washington County Sanitary District are appointed by the
board of county commissioners; providing for the terms and
the method of appointment of the members of the Commission
for the Washington County Sanitary District; defining a
certain term; and generally relating to the membership of
the Commission for the Washington County Sanitary District.

BY renumbering

The Public Local Laws of Washington County
Section 6-101(j) through (n), respectively
to be Section (k) through (o), respectively
Article 22 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1984 Edition, as amended)

BY adding to

The Public Local Laws of Washington County

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 6-101(j) through (n), respectively, of
Article 22 - Washington County of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) (k) through (o),
respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
