Ch. 435

(1)  SHALL ALLOW SPORT FISHERMEN AND COMMERCIAL
FISHERMEN TO TAKE, POSSESS, SELL, AND TRANSPORT STRIPED BASS OR
ROCKFISH; BUT

(2)  MAY NOT REMOVE THE MORATORIUMS FOR SPORT
FISHERMEN OR COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN WITHOUT REMOVING THE SAME
MORATORIUMS FOR THE OTHER GROUP OF FISHERMEN.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 436

(House Bill 1330)

AN ACT concerning

Licenses and Registration - Property Line Surveyors

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the Board of Registration for
Professional Land Surveyors from registering any new
applicants as property line surveyors after a certain date;
permitting property line surveyors who are registered before
that certain date to renew their registration; providing
that registration fees may not be assessed against property
line surveyors after that certain date; and clarifying
language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 335(d) and 336(b)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

335.

(d) (1) [Any] BEFORE JULY 1, 1988 1990, ANY person may be
registered as a property line surveyor upon completion of the
following requirements:

white space
