11-128, OR BY THE OWNER OF A VEHICLE REGISTERED UNDER THIS
ARTICLE, THAT INFORMATION ABOUT THAT PERSON NOT BE DISCLOSED, THE
ADMINISTRATION MAY NOT, UNDER THIS SECTION, FURNISH TO ANY PERSON
THE NAME, ADDRESS, OR OTHER IDENTIFYING INFORMATION ABOUT THE
LICENSEE OR OWNER OF THE REGISTERED VEHICLE.
(2) THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT PREVENT THE
ADMINISTRATION FROM FURNISHING INFORMATION UNDER THIS SECTION:
(I) TO ANOTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY;
(II) IF NOT REQUESTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PREPARING A MAILING LIST, TO A PERSON REQUESTING THE INFORMATION
IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPILATION OF STATISTICAL DATA; OR
(III) AS TO THE OWNERS OF VEHICLES REGISTERED
UNDER THIS ARTICLE, TO A PERSON WHOSE REQUEST FOR THE INFORMATION
IS DETERMINED BY THE ADMINISTRATION TO BE LIMITED TO, AND
NECESSARY FOR, THE PROTECTION OF THE OWNERSHIP, SAFE OPERATION,
PROPER MAINTENANCE, OR REPAIR OF THE VEHICLE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Creation of a State Debt - Carroll County Association for
Retarded Citizens, Inc.
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $500,000 $450,000, the proceeds to be used as
a grant to the Carroll County Association for Retarded
Citizens, Inc., for the purpose of the planning, design,
construction, and equipping of a new sheltered workshop
program facility for handicapped persons in Carroll County,
subject to the requirement that the Carroll County
Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc., provide at least an
equal and matching fund of a certain kind for the same
purpose by a certain date; and providing generally for the
issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
