Ch. 380

[(v)] (VI) Independence Day;

[(vi)] (VII) Labor Day;

[(vii)] (VIII) Columbus Day;

[(viii)] (IX) Veterans' Day;

[(ix)] (X) Thanksgiving Day; and

[(x)] (XI) Christmas Day.

(2) When a legal holiday differs from the
corresponding federal holiday, a banking institution:

(i) May be closed on both holidays; and

(ii) Shall be closed on one of the holidays.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 381

(House Bill 913)

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Driver's License - Epilepsy

FOR the purpose of providing that if the Motor Vehicle
Administration suspends, revokes, or refuses to issue or
renew a driver's license of an individual under certain
circumstances because of the individual's epilepsy, the
period of suspension, revocation, or refusal to issue or
renew may not exceed a certain period of time; providing
certain exceptions to the provisions of this Act; and
generally relating to the suspension, revocation, or refusal
to issue or renew a driver's license of an individual
because of the individual's epilepsy.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
