PERCENTAGE WHO PASSED OF THOSE TAKING THE EXAMINATION.

B. IN ADDITION, THE REPORT SHALL INCLUDE A BUDGET REQUEST
TO MEET THE EXPENSES OF THE BOARD FOR THE ENSUING YEAR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Police Protection Aid --Minimum Grant

FOR the purpose of eliminating a requirement that the minimum
grant of State aid for police protection to a subdivision
with certain reductions in population estimates be reduced
by a percentage of certain increases in the subdivision's
wealth base; and generally relating to the minimum grant of
State aid for police protection.

FOR the purpose of establishing a minimum payment of State aid
for police protection to certain subdivisions based on a
certain grant year; requiring subdivisions and qualifying
municipalities to maintain a certain level of funding
support for police protection; and generally relating to
State aid for police protection.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
