2158                                          LAWS OF MARYLAND                                      Ch. 306

[(7) A vehicle owned and operated for official or
personal purposes by an accredited consular or diplomatic officer
of a foreign government, if the officer is a national of the
country by which he is appointed and not a citizen of the United
States;]                                 

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
13-810(a)(13) through (17) and 13-903(a)(8) through (10),
respectively, of Article - Transportation of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 13-810(a)(12) through
(16) and 13-903(a)(7) through (9), respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Criminal Law - Conviction and Confinement of Infants

FOR the . purpose of deleting certain obsolete language regarding
the conviction and confinement of juveniles under a certain
age.

Section 629, 630, 631, and 632

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1982 Replacement Volume and 1984 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

[629.

When any infant under the age of fifteen years shall be
convicted of any offense other than those mentioned in § 630 of
this article the court may suspend the sentence upon such
convicted infant and bind him or her to some person residing in
