recommended to the Board of County Commissioners by the Queen
Anne's County Electrical Contractors Association [and who shall
serve for two-year terms and one], ALL of whom shall be [a
resident] RESIDENTS of Queen Anne's County over the age of
twenty-one (21) years[, who shall serve for a one-year term] THE
TERM OF A MEMBER IS 3 YEARS AND THE TERMS OF MEMBERS ARE
STAGGERED AS REQUIRED BY THE TERMS PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS OF THE
BOARD ON JULY JUNE 1, 1985. If any vacancy occurs for any cause
during the term of any board MEMBER as herein provided for, the
Board of County Commissioners shall fill the vacancy from a list
of AT LEAST two names recommended by said Queen Anne's County
Electrical Contractors Association. The Board of County
Commissioners shall have full power to remove any member of the
Board for incompetency or improper conduct by satisfactory
evidence being presented to it of such condition.
5-103.
Each member of the Board shall receive a compensation for
actual service in attending the meetings of the Board, as may be
determined by the County Commissioners[, which compensation shall
be paid out of any moneys in the hands of the Treasurer of the
Board. Compensation and expenses of the Board may not be paid
out of funds in the State Treasury or become a charge against the
State or] OF Queen Anne's County.
5-105.
All fees collected under the provisions of this [sub-title]
TITLE shall be collected [by and used by the Board of Examiners
to defray the necessary expenses of said Board] AND PAID TO THE
TREASURER OF QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY. ALL EXPENSES OF THE BOARD
SHALL BE APPROVED BY THEM AND PAID BY THE TREASURER OF QUEEN
ANNE'S COUNTY.

It shall be the duty of the said Board before the first
Monday of each year to make a report in writing to the Board of
County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, containing a
detailed statement of the nature of the receipts and manner of
expenditure, and any balance of money in excess of two hundred
dollars ($200.00) remaining at the end of the year, after payment
of expenses, shall be paid into the Treasury of Queen Anne's
County. The said Board shall retain a balance of two hundred
dollars ($200.00).]
5-202.
(a) Before any person shall hereafter engage in the
business of a Master Electrician in Queen Anne's County, as
defined in this [sub-title] TITLE, and before any person now
engaged in said business or any class thereof, shall continue in
said business of Master Electrician, such person shall apply to
said Board for a license, as herein required, whereupon the
