Commissioners; providing for the payment of expenses and
disposing of excess receipts; altering a fee to be paid to a
Board of Arbitration; altering a master electrician's
licensing fee; substituting a requirement for certain
insurance to be carried for the requirement that Master
Electricians in Queen Anne's County carry a surety bond;
requiring ' that certain certificates be sent to the
Department of Planning and Zoning of Queen Anne's County
rather than to the Board; making certain stylistic changes;
and generally relating to the Board of Electrical Examiners
of Queen Anne's County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 18 - Queen Anne's County
5-101.
The Board of County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County
shall appoint a Board and in which event the provisions of this
subtitle shall then become effective; which Board shall be known
as the Board of Electrical Examiners of Queen Anne's County, and
which shall consist of three persons, for the purpose of
examining into the qualifications and capabilities of all persons
who are engaged, or desire to engage, in the business of Master
Electricians as defined in this [subtitle] TITLE. The Board so
appointed shall consist of three (3) members, [two] ALL of whom
shall be competent, practical MASTER electricians of Queen Anne's
County, who shall be selected from a list of [four] names
