BECOME LICENSED BY MEETING THE CURRENT REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING
A NEW LICENSE UNDER THIS TITLE.

6-315.

(a) Subject to the hearing provisions of § 6-316 of this
subtitle and except as to a funeral establishment license, the
Board may deny a license to any applicant, reprimand any
licensee, place any licensee on probation, or suspend or revoke
any license if the applicant or licensee:

(24)  Violates any rule or regulation adopted by the
Board; [or]

(25)  Is professionally, physically, or mentally
incompetent[.]; OR

(26)  COMMITS AN ACT OF UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IN THE
PRACTICE OF MORTUARY SCIENCE.

6-317.

(D) THE BOARD MAY APPEAL FROM ANY DECISION THAT REVERSES OR
MODIFIED ITS ORDER.

7-311.1.

(A)  UNLESS THE BOARD AGREES TO ACCEPT THE SURRENDER OF A
LICENSE, A LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE, LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE,
OR HOLDER OF A TEMPORARY LICENSE MAY NOT SURRENDER THE LICENSE
NOR MAY THE LICENSE LAPSE BY OPERATION OF LAW WHILE THE LICENSEE
IS UNDER INVESTIGATION OR WHILE CHARGES ARE PENDING AGAINST THE
LICENSEE.

(B)  THE BOARD MAY SET CONDITIONS ON ITS AGREEMENT WITH THE
LICENSEE UNDER INVESTIGATION OR AGAINST WHOM CHARGES ARE PENDING
TO ACCEPT SURRENDER OF THE LICENSE.

7-315.

(D) THE BOARD MAY APPEAL FROM ANY DECISION THAT REVERSES OR
MODIFIED ITS ORDER.

8-312.

(A) The Board shall reinstate the license of a nursing home
administrator who has failed to renew the license for any reason,
if the licensee:

(i) Has not had the license suspended or revoked;

(2)  Meets the renewal requirements of § 8-311 of this
subtitle;

(3)  Pays to the Board the reinstatement fee set by
the Board; [and]
