AN ACT concerning

Higher Education - House of Delegates Scholarships

FOR the purpose of creating an alternative procedure for the
award of House of Delegates Scholarships; specifying
requirements and limitations for awards under the
alternative procedure; making stylistic changes; providing
that House of Delegates Scholarships may be awarded for use
at certain educational institutions outside the State under
certain conditions; providing for a certain delayed
effective date; and generally relating to an alternative
procedure for the award of House of Delegates Scholarships.
