2002                                          LAWS OF MARYLAND                                      Ch. 239

City of Gaithersburg shall grant and convey a perpetual
preservation easement to the Maryland Historical Trust on the
interior and exterior of the improvements and on the land, where
appropriate, in form and substance acceptable to the Trust.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 240

(Senate Bill 808)

AN ACT concerning

Osteopaths Osteopathic Physicians - Education

FOR the purpose of altering the organization that sets standards
for graduation from osteopathy schools to provide that the
American Osteopathic Association shall set the graduation
standards; providing that either an accrediting organization
recognized by the American Medical Association or the
American Osteopathic Association may accredit postgraduate
training programs for osteopaths osteopathic physicians; and
generally relating to the education of osteopaths
osteopathic physicians.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

14-305.

(a)  To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an
individual who meets the requirements of this section.

(b)   The applicant shall be of good moral character.

(c)  The applicant shall be at least 18 years old.

(d)  Except as provided in § 14-306 of this subtitle, the
applicant shall:
