AN ACT concerning

Corporations - Organization and Capitalization Fee

FOR the purpose of renaming the bonus tax paid by certain
corporations to the State to be an organization and
capitalization fee; repealing provisions of law relating to
the bonus tax; providing for the imposition of and the
schedule of fees for an organization and capitalization fee
on certain corporations under certain circumstances that is
substantively equivalent to the bonus tax; making technical
changes; providing an effective date; and generally relating
to the imposition of an organization and capitalization fee
on corporations under certain circumstances.
