(A) (1) A PERSON MAY NOT FALSELY MAKE, FORGE, OR
COUNTERFEIT, OR CAUSE OR PROCURE TO BE FALSELY MADE, FORGED, OR
COUNTERFEITED, OR WILLINGLY AID OR ASSIST IN FALSELY MAKING,
FORGING, OR COUNTERFEITING A TRANSCRIPT, DIPLOMA, OR GRADE REPORT
OF A POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.
(2) A PERSON MAY NOT USE, OFFER, OR PRESENT AS
GENUINE A FALSE, FORGED, COUNTERFEITED, OR ALTERED TRANSCRIPT,
DIPLOMA, OR GRADE REPORT OF A POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL
INSTITUTION.
(3) A PERSON MAY NOT USE, OFFER OR PRESENT A
TRANSCRIPT, DIPLOMA, OR GRADE REPORT OF A POSTSECONDARY
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN A FRAUDULENT MANNER.
(B) A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS SECTION IS
GUILTY OF A . MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE
NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 OR IMPRISONMENT IN THE PENITENTIARY NOT
EXCEEDING 6 MONTHS OR BOTH.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
State Fire Marshal - Assistants
FOR the purpose of establishing the positions of Assistant State
Fire Marshal and Special Assistant State Fire Marshal, with
certain qualifications; providing that certain fire
officials shall serve as assistant State fire marshals for
certain purposes; providing for the exemption of certain
deputy State fire marshals and special deputy State fire
marshals from certain provisions of this Act; providing
certain removal procedures; eliminating provisions relating
to certain deputized Fire Marshals; and generally relating
to the State Fire Marshal and assistants.
