$50 and shall provide evidence of financial responsibility as
required by the Department.

A PEST CONTROL APPLICATOR AN EMPLOYER MAY NOT BE REQUIRED
REQUIRE A PEST CONTROL APPLICATOR, AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT,
TO TRANSPORT PESTICIDES IN A COMMERCIAL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE
THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN A COMPARTMENT FOR THE PESTICIDES THAT IS
SEPARATED FROM THE PASSENGER AREA BY A BARRIER WALL OR IN A
MANNER THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROTECTION FOR THE SAFETY
AND HEALTH OF THE PASSENGERS FROM THE PESTICIDES.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Wicomico County - Sunday Blue Laws
FOR the purpose of allowing certain wholesale and retail
establishments in Wicomico County to conduct business on
Sunday; providing certain exceptions; defining certain
terms; establishing a procedure permitting certain employees
to choose their day of rest or Sabbath without being
penalized by their employer; providing that a merchant may
not be required to open the merchant's place of business on
Sunday under certain circumstances; providing certain
penalties and an injunctive relief procedure; generally
referring to Wicomico County and Sunday business
prohibition; and submitting this Act to a referendum of the
legally qualified voters of Wicomico County.
