LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 142

(3)  One shall be the president of a community college
or his THE PRESIDENT'S nominee;

(4)  One shall be a financial aid officer of a State
or private college or university;

(5)  One shall be a representative of the public high
schools; [and]

(6)  ONE SHALL BE A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PRIVATE
POSTSECONDARY PROPRIETARY INSTITUTIONS; AND

[(6)] (7) Four shall be residents of this State,

chosen for their interest in higher education, who are not

employed by, professionally affiliated with, or members of the

governing board of any institution of higher education in this
State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

CHAPTER 143

(Senate Bill 151)

AN ACT concerning

Pesticides - Certification of Applicators -
Transportation of Pesticides

FOR the purpose of requiring each applicant for certain pest
control certificates to have an annual physical examination
as a condition of certification; and providing that an
employer may not require a pest control applicator may not
be required to transport pesticides in a certain vehicle
that does not contain a compartment for the pesticides that
is separated from the passenger area by a barrier wall or in
a manner that does not provide certain protection for the
safety and health of the passengers from the pesticides.

BY repealing and reenacting, with without amendments,
