HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1701 Security or Railroad Retirement Act,] and who enrolls in any [(1)] (I) Shall be exempt from payment of tuition; [(2)] (II) Shall be counted in computing full-time [(c)] (2) Subsection (b)(1) does not prohibit a community (C) (1) ANY RESIDENT OF THIS STATE WHO IS RETIRED FROM THE (I) IS EXEMPT FROM PAYMENT OF TUITION; AND (II) SHALL BE COUNTED IN COMPUTING FULL-TIME (2) IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS EXEMPTION, AN INDIVIDUAL (3) IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THIS EXEMPTION, AN INDIVIDUAL (I) TOTAL AND PERMANENT DISABILITY; AND (II) RECEIPT OF DISABILITY BENEFITS BASED ON A (d) (1) For purposes of this subsection, "displaced (i) Is over 35; (ii) Has worked for the family in the family (iii) Is not gainfully employed;
