officers by July 1, 1985.
Authorization is hereby granted
to the Department of Public
Safety and Correctional Services
to transfer 15 trooper positions
occupied by State Police and 20
trooper positions occupied by
original airport police force
employees to the Department of
Transportation for creation of a
Department police force at
Baltimore-Washington
International Airport............

Capital Equipment
Special Fund Appropriation,
provided that $150,000 of this
appropriation, made for the
purpose of a corporate community
hangar, may not be expended
unless the Department
investigates the feasibility of
private funding of the corporate
hangar and reports to the Budget.
Committees on the results of the
investigation by July 1, 1985,
provided that $2,000,000 of this
appropriation made for the
purpose of safety-related land
acquisition at
Baltimore-Washington
International Airport may not be
expended unless the department
presents a proposal for the use
and disposition of the land
acquired for safety purposes. In
addition, the department shall
initiate litigation against the
design consultant for the general
aviation runway at
Baltimore-Washington
International Airport. The
Department shall report to the
Budget Committees on its proposal
