(b) The rate of redemption is 6% a year except:

(11) in Somerset, CHARLES, Wicomico, and Worcester
counties the rate is 6% a year or as fixed by the county
commissioners or by a law of the county council.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1985 and shall remain
effective until February 1, 1986. On February 1, 1986, and with
no further action required by the General Assembly, Section 1 of
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
Section 2 of this Act shall take effect February 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Frederick County - County Commissioners - Sale of
Real Property

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of County Commissioners
of Frederick County to sell certain real property to any
nonprofit charitable organization at a public or private
sale after notice for a certain period of time; authorizing
the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County to
sell certain other property at a public or private sale
after notice for a certain period of time; and generally
relating to the sale of real property by the Board of County
Commissioners of Frederick County.
