AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Health Care Plan

FOR the purpose of providing that certain Cecil County officials
are eligible to participate in the health care plan that is
negotiated for county employees.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

full statement or schedule of all persons committed to the jail,
