(a) (1) After consultation with the Department of Budget
and Fiscal Planning, the Secretary of State Planning shall adopt
regulations that require a unit of the State government to submit
information, as required in this section, on federal aid,
including grants, instructional contracts, loans, research
contracts, or other assistance.

(2) THE REGULATIONS SHALL REQUIRE A UNIT OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT TO OBTAIN A STATE APPLICATION IDENTIFIER (SAI) FROM
THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE PLANNING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect October 1, 1985.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Washington County to change the names of streets and roads
in the County; assigning, assign street or road address
numbers to structures or other property along County roads
or streets; and adopting, and adopt regulations under
specified conditions.

HEARING HAS BEEN HELD ON THE PROPOSED CHANGE, THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS MAY:

(1) CHANGE THE NAME OF STREETS AND ROADS IN THE
COUNTY;
