(b) In Allegany County the ANNUAL salary of each member of
the board of license commissioners [shall be twenty-four hundred
dollars ($2,400.00) per annum] IS $3,600.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Road Work

FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that the State
Highway Administration maintain county roads in St. Mary's
County; and repealing the authority of the State Highway
Administration to construct and reconstruct county roads in
St. Mary's County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Transportation

8-634.

(a) (1) The Administration shall construct, reconstruct,
and maintain the county roads in Cecil, Kent, and Talbot
counties.

(2) The Administration shall maintain the county
roads in Chariest,] AND Calvert[, and St. Mary's] counties.

[(3) The Administration may construct and
reconstruct, and shall maintain the county roads in St. Mary's
County.]
