(3) FOR ANY LICENSING VIOLATIONS, THE BOARD OF

LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY BOTH REVOKE OR SUSPEND AN ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES LICENSE AND IMPOSE A FINE ON THE LICENSEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

155.

(a) The salaries of the members of the said boards of
license commissioners shall be as specified in this section.
Where no salary is specified for such boards which serve ex
officio, the members thereof are to receive no additional
compensation under the provisions of this section.
