SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County - Metropolitan Commission Audit

FOR the purpose of providing that the annual audit of the St.
Mary's County Metropolitan Commission shall be paid for by
the Commission; specifying that the Commission shall
recommend an accounting firm to perform the audit by a
certain date; providing that the audit shall be presented to
the Board of County Commissioners by a certain' date; and
generally relating to the audit of the financial affairs of
the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission.
