(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under
the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State
budget.

(c) The Administration shall provide secretarial,
consultant, and other staff services to the [State] MARYLAND
Advisory Council.

10-305.

The [State] MARYLAND Advisory Council shall:

(1)  Submit an annual report on its activities to the
Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government
Article, to the General Assembly;

(2)  Advise the Administration generally on carrying
out the provisions of this title; and

(3)  Be a strong advocate of a comprehensive,
broad-based approach to the social, economic, and medical
problems of mental hygiene.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

(House Bill 95)

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation

FOR the purpose of altering the application date for a person who
elects to sell a certain easement to the Maryland
Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation; and altering the
time for a county governing body to notify the Foundation of
certain approved applications; and providing for certain
extensions of the county review period in certain cases.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
