SPECIAL FUND APPROPRIATION TO THE INSTITUTION SHALL BE CREDITED
TO THE INSTITUTION.

Article - Natural Resources

(C) IF THE TREASURER INVESTS MONEY OF THE TRUST FUND, THE
TREASURER SHALL CREDIT THE INTEREST OR OTHER INCOME FROM THE
INVESTMENT TO THE APPROPRIATE ACCOUNT OF THE TRUST FUND.

Article - State Government

7-605. 3-306. REPRESENTATIVE OF GOVERNOR.

(A)  "GOVERNING BOARD" DEFINED.

IN THIS SECTION, "GOVERNING BOARD" MEANS A BOARD OF
DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, TRUSTEES, OR VISITORS.

(B)  APPOINTMENT.

THE GOVERNOR MAY APPOINT 1 OR MORE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE

DISCREET TO REPRESENT THE GOVERNOR AT A MEETING OF THE GOVERNING

BOARD OF A CORPORATION OR INSTITUTION THAT RECEIVES FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FROM THE STATE TREASURY.

(C)  POWERS.

(1) AN INDIVIDUAL APPOINTED UNDER THIS SECTION MAY
ATTEND ANY MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD.
