SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Board of
County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County shall make an
appropriation to provide for the publication of this Code and the
Board may provide for its sale and distribution.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1984.

Committee.

[(2)] (B) The Committee consists of the following members:

[(i)] (1) The delegate of the Maryland General
Assembly from subdistrict 1A of Legislative District 1 OR A
DESIGNEE OF THE DELEGATE;

[(ii)] (2) The president of the Deep Creek Lake
Property Owner's Association or [his] A designee OF THE
PRESIDENT;
